1. Accepted Payment Methods

To ensure a smooth transaction process, we accept the following secure payment methods:

A. Cash on Delivery (COD)

✔️ Available for customers nationwide in Pakistan.
✔️ Customers must pay the exact amount upon delivery.
✔️ The courier will not accept partial payments.
✔️ In case of order refusal at the time of delivery, the customer may be blacklisted from future purchases.

B. Bank Transfers

✔️ Customers can pay via direct bank transfer to our company account.
✔️ Payment must be completed and verified before order processing.
✔️ Customers must upload the transaction receipt to avoid delays.

C. Online Wallets & Digital Payments

We accept payments through:
✔️ Easypaisa
✔️ JazzCash
✔️ SadaPay
✔️ NayaPay
✔️ Upaisa
✔️ Konnect by HBL

✔️ Payment must be made from the customer’s own wallet/account.
✔️ Orders will be processed only after payment verification.
✔️ Customers must enter the correct transaction ID/reference number for verification.

D. Debit/Credit Cards (Future Integration)

✔️ We are working on integrating Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay for easy card payments.
✔️ All card transactions will be encrypted and secured under PCI DSS compliance.


2. Payment Verification & Order Processing

✔️ Payments via bank transfer, online wallets, and cards require manual verification before processing.
✔️ Customers must provide accurate transaction details for faster verification.
✔️ Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment verification.
✔️ If payment is not verified within 24 hours, the order may be canceled automatically.


3. Fraud Prevention & Security Measures

To ensure a safe shopping experience, we take strict measures against fraudulent transactions:

✔️ Orders flagged as suspicious (e.g., fake payment proofs, mismatched details) will be canceled immediately.
✔️ Customers involved in fraudulent activities will be permanently blacklisted and may face legal action under Pakistan’s Cybercrime Laws (PECA 2016).
✔️ Chargebacks or false payment claims may result in a legal complaint under Section 420 of the Pakistan Penal Code.


4. Refunds & Payment Disputes

A. Refund Eligibility

✔️ Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation before shipping.
  • Incorrect product received (must be reported within 24 hours).
  • Damaged product upon arrival (with valid proof).

✔️ Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Products damaged by customer misuse.
  • Incorrect product selection by customer.

B. Refund Process

✔️ Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
✔️ Refunds will be credited through the original payment method (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.).
✔️ Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet payments (not cash).

C. Payment Disputes

✔️ Customers are encouraged to contact us first in case of payment issues.
✔️ Disputes raised through banks or payment providers without prior communication may result in a permanent account ban.


5. Order Cancellations & Payment Reversals

✔️ Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if payment is not verified.
✔️ Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
✔️ If payment is mistakenly made for a canceled order, the amount will be refunded within 7 days.
✔️ Any attempts to reverse a valid payment without genuine reason may result in legal action.


6. Compliance with Pakistani Laws

Zetomart ensures that all payment policies comply with the legal framework of Pakistan, including:

✔️ Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 – Ensuring the security of digital payments.
✔️ Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016 – Protecting against fraudulent online transactions.
✔️ State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Regulations – Complying with local e-commerce payment guidelines.


7. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain a smooth payment process, customers must:

✔️ Provide accurate payment details to avoid order delays.
✔️ Ensure they have sufficient balance before making payments.
✔️ Avoid fraudulent claims or disputes, as they may lead to account suspension.


8. Changes to Payments Policy

✔️ Zetomart reserves the right to modify this Payments Policy at any time.
✔️ Updates will be posted on this page, and customers are encouraged to review it periodically.
✔️ Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
