1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
βοΈ Customers can request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving the order.
βοΈ After 5 days, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
βοΈ Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or missing a part upon arrival.
βοΈ Video proof is mandatory for all return claims.
2. Non-Returnable Cases
π« Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
β No Video Proof β If you do not have a clear video showing the package being opened, the return will not be accepted.
β Change of Mind β If you donβt like the product or want to exchange it for another item, we do not accept returns.
β Partial Order Loss by Customer β If a part of the order is lost after delivery, we cannot process a return.
β Used or Damaged Products by Customer β If the product is used, damaged, or altered after delivery, it cannot be returned.
β Incorrect Product Selection by Customer β If the customer orders the wrong size, color, or variant, returns will not be accepted.
3. Accepted Return Cases
βοΈ Product Received in Damaged or Broken Condition β If the product is broken upon arrival, you must provide video proof of unboxing to qualify for a return.
βοΈ Missing Item from the Package β If any item is missing inside the sealed package, returns will be accepted only with video proof.
βοΈ Incorrect Product Sent β If we send the wrong item, a return will be processed.
βοΈ Product Not as Described β If the product does not match the description, it is eligible for return with valid proof.
4. Return Process
1οΈβ£ Contact Us β Customers must email or call Zetomart within 5 days of receiving the product.
2οΈβ£ Provide Video Proof β A clear, uninterrupted video of the package being opened is required.
3οΈβ£ Return Approval β Our team will review the claim and provide return instructions.
4οΈβ£ Return Shipment β The customer must send the product back using the provided return address.
5οΈβ£ Inspection & Refund β Once we receive and verify the product, a refund or replacement will be issued.

5. Refund Process
βοΈ Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
βοΈ Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.).
βοΈ Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be sent via bank transfer or online wallets (not in cash).
π« Refunds will NOT be given if:
- The return request is made after 5 days.
- The product is used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- The customer provides fake or edited video proof.
6. Order Delays & Delivery Issues
βοΈ If an order is delayed due to courier issues, customers should contact Zetomart directly.
βοΈ If the delivery rider makes a mistake, customers must report it to Zetomart customer support for resolution.
βοΈ Zetomart is not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist in resolving the issue.
